1. Script

A : Hello, I'm calling to make a reservation.

B : For how many nights?

A : I'll be staying  for the weekend.

B : What kind of room do you have in mind?

A : I want to reserve a double bed.

B : No problem. May I have your name, please?

A : My name is Woong Gu Chong. And what's the price of that room?

B : That would be $150 a night. Can I have your credit card number, please?
